What you need to know about the new ‘DUI-E’ law
Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, talks about the number of complaints his office has received about the new tougher distracted driving laws. Driving under the influence of an electronic device (DUI-E), means even holding a device while in your car can get you a ticket and a big fine. Walsh shares why he, and other lawmakers, will be working to bring clarity to the new law in the upcoming 2018 session.
