Rep. Jim Walsh tells KEDO fish habitat legislation is being watered down

Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, describes how aggressive legislation to save native fish runs by prohibiting some non-native fish farms is being left behind for a weaker bill that would simply study the issue.
