Rep. Walsh joins KXRO to discuss budget week


Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, joins KXRO to discuss budget week. Walsh discusses how the Capital Budget is friendly and bipartisan, the Transportation Budget is relatively similar, and that the Operating Budget will be more partisan and contested. He also talks about all the programs that the state can fund without raising taxes.
