Rep. Walsh assesses the Office of Equity, gun rights, elections and transportation

Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, weighs in on some of the controversial bills that are making their way through the House including a bill that would establish the Office of Equity and a gun control measure allowing the State Patrol to destroy confiscated firearms. The 19th District representative also explains how an upcoming bill eliminating odd year elections could affect the initiative and referendum processes. Additionally, Walsh discusses the transportation budget, particularly the pay-per-mile tax.
