Rep. Walsh says Legislature’s failure to act paved way for ‘vaccine passport’ plan

Joining Lars Larson on KXL, Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, discusses the idea of setting up vaccinated-only sections in venues, which has been introduced by Gov. Jay Inslee as a way to boost capacity beyond his previously prescribed limits. Walsh and Larson also discuss how legislatures in Washington and Oregon failed to bring a proper balance of power to states of emergency declared by governors of those states.
