Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, speaks to KVI's Ari Hoffman on the passage of two bills that would impair constitutionally protected gun rights.

House Bills 1143 and 1240 were recently approved by the state House. The bills move now to the Senate for further consideration.
