Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen, says the governor’s controversial cap-and-trade program is hurting Washington residents economically and needs to be repealed in its entirety. Speaking on the Lars Larson radio program, Walsh says the program has resulted in some of the highest gas prices in the nation in Washington state.
